Strong F&B concept management experience, with an emphasis on High Volume and High FUN leadershipProven leadership development experience with tactical examples of mentorship, leadership and performance developmentTangible dedication to providing a best in class hospitality experience to both internal and external guestsStrong knowledge of financials; food costing, labor, revenue, inventory, purchasing, etc.Experience managing schedules for a large teamAbility to self-evaluate and consistently identify areas where knowledge or performance improvement can be identified and actioned
